On Sunday, May 5th, the St. Gregory Cultural Committee proudly hosted the 21st Annual Lionel Galstaun Memorial Concert in the sanctuary of St. Gregory Church. This year’s concert featured the exceptional talents of Jared Blajian on cello and Nara Avetisyan on piano. Both musicians boast impressive credentials, having performed at esteemed venues like Carnegie Hall and in recitals worldwide.
The program showcased masterpieces such as Samuel Barber’s Cello Sonata, Benjamin Britten’s Cello Sonata, and Alexander Arutyunyan’s Impromptu, captivating all attendees with their superb musicality.
Guests enjoyed not only an outstanding musical performance but also a delightful afternoon in the company of friends and family, complete with a lovely and delicious complimentary luncheon.
