Armenian breakfast fundraiser for our Kitchen Renovation

The Armenian breakfast, hosted by the dedicated parents and teachers of the Armenian school, was a feast of flavors and traditions! Guests enjoyed an array of homemade delights, including savory basturma and soojuk, fresh vegetables and olives, fluffy choreg, flaky nazook, and perfectly stewed apricots. Brewed to order Armenian coffee, and tea served elegantly from a samovar, added a warm touch, while eggs with basturma and soojuk—cooked to order or hard boiled—were a highlight. A selection of cheeses, such as creamy feta and Armenian string cheese, completed the spread. 

It was a wonderful celebration of community and culinary heritage!
